Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website chronofixwatches.com operated by CHRONO FIX WATCH TRADING L.L.C (“Chrono Fix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Dubai, UAE, under Trade License No. 1605682. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.2 Products and Services

We sell brand new watches, watch parts, and accessories. All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen display settings. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our product offerings without prior notice.

3.3 Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3.4 Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made through the available methods: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Cash on Delivery (COD). All card payments are processed securely through Geidea payment gateway and are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed.

3.5 Warranty

All watches purchased from Chrono Fix come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or accidental damage
• Unauthorised repairs
• Water damage (unless the watch is rated water-resistant)
• Battery replacement
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3.6 Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 7 daysof purchase. Exchanges must be made in person at our store — we do not process exchanges via shipping. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exchanged items are subject to availability. If the desired replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. If of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

3.7 Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of CHRONO FIX WATCH TRADING L.L.C and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

3.8 User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
