Exchange & Refund Policy

5.1 No Returns / No Refunds

All sales at CHRONO FIX WATCH TRADING L.L.C are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer monetary refunds once a purchase is completed.

5.2 Exchange Policy

We offer in-store exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

  • The item must be unworn and in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
  • All tags must be attached and undamaged.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be presented.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges must be made in person at our store. We do not accept exchanges via mail or courier.
  • The item will be inspected at the store to confirm eligibility.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Price Differences

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference at the time of exchange.
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit (no cash or card refunds for the difference).

5.3 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, used, resized, or altered in any way
  • Items with removed, damaged, or missing tags
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless otherwise stated)
  • Watch parts and accessories (unless defective)
  • Items presented after the 7-day exchange window

5.4 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide photographs of the defect or damage along with your order details.
  • We will arrange an exchange or resolution at no additional cost.

This does not affect your warranty rights (see Section 3.5 of our Terms & Conditions).

5.5 Warranty Claims

Watches are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled separately from exchanges.

Please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Warranty service may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

5.6 Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For COD orders, refusal of delivery without prior cancellation may result in the customer being charged for shipping costs.
