At CHRONO FIX WATCH TRADING L.L.C, we are committed to resolving any issues or disputes fairly and efficiently. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience, please follow the process outlined below.

4.1 How to Raise a Dispute

If you have a concern regarding your order, product quality, delivery, warranty, or any other matter, please contact us:

• Any supporting photographs or documentation

4.2 Acknowledgment

We will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 2 business days via email or phone.

4.3 Investigation and Resolution

Our team will investigate the matter thoroughly and aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days of acknowledgment. We may contact you for additional information or clarification during the investigation.

For complex cases, the resolution period may be extended up to 14 business days. You will be informed of any delays and the expected timeline.

4.4 Possible Outcomes

Depending on the nature of the dispute, resolution may include:

• Product exchange (subject to our Exchange Policy)
• Warranty repair or replacement (for valid warranty claims)
• Store credit
• Other remedies as deemed appropriate on a case-by-case basis

4.5 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to our management by writing to chronofixwatches@gmail.com with the subject line “Dispute Escalation — [Your Order Number]”.

If the matter remains unresolved, you have the right to seek recourse through the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) consumer protection channels, or through the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.

4.6 Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through their bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and promptly. Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested and reported.
