Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2.2 Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days across all emirates in the UAE
• Business Days: Sunday to Thursday (excluding UAE public holidays)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

2.3 Shipping Cost

A flat delivery fee of AED 15 applies to all orders shipped within the UAE, regardless of order value or destination.

2.4 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after business hours, on weekends (Friday–Saturday), or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins once the order is confirmed.

2.5 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details (where available). You can also contact our support team for order status updates.

2.6 Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and inspect the item upon delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.

2.7 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
